*Personal Development is an opportunity where students may utilize outside services to achieve personal goals.  These costs are not included in tuition.  (i.e. sport training/instructor, language teacher, art or music teacher, etc.).  Access to HRA teachers during that time IS included during that hour for academic purposes.
